Biogas fermentation aid operation method
Jinbao Biogas Fermentation Aid is specially formulated to provide essential nutrients and trace elements that support the growth and activity of methanogens, the key microorganisms responsible for biogas production. These trace elements help stimulate the methanogens, promoting their rapid reproduction and enhancing their overall efficiency. Additionally, the product boosts enzyme activity, accelerating the breakdown of complex organic materials like cellulose and other macromolecules, which significantly improves the digestion process.
The formulation also includes necessary nutrients that support bacterial growth, ensuring a healthy and active microbial community. To further enhance performance, a blend of adsorbents is added, increasing the contact area between the bacteria and the organic material. This not only improves the absorption of nutrients but also helps maintain an optimal temperature environment for the methanogens, thereby boosting biogas yield and production speed.
The recommended dosage is 200-250 grams of Jinbao Biogas Fermentation Aid per cubic meter of digester. For standard fermentation tanks with capacities of 4 m³, 6 m³, 8 m³, and 10 m³, this typically translates to about 2, 3, 4, and 5 bags respectively. When using a new digester, it's important to mix the fermentation aid thoroughly with the raw materials before filling. For older digesters, it’s best to first remove some slurry from the outlet, then introduce the fermentation aid through the inlet and repeat the process several times to ensure even distribution.
Using Jinbao Biogas Fermentation Aid can significantly reduce the start-up time in new digesters and greatly improve gas output and production rate in older ones. Under normal conditions, the addition of the fermentation aid should lead to a noticeable increase in gas production within a few days. If no significant change occurs after one week, check if the aid was properly mixed into the materials. If not, try re-injecting it multiple times through the feed inlet. Also, inspect the system for any leaks and seal them promptly to maintain optimal performance.
