Shiitake mushroom bag four key

Take off the bag and select a sunny or cloudy morning for the process. During autumn and winter, the northwest wind is frequent, which can cause the surfaces of the bacterial cylinders to dry out quickly. Therefore, it's best to avoid bagging on windy days to prevent moisture loss and potential damage to the cultures. It's important to control the temperature. If the temperature is above 25°C or below 12°C, it's not ideal to proceed with bagging. In such cases, the bacterial bags can be temporarily moved to the mushroom shed using a trampoline. A suture should be added to the fungus bag to maintain stability. Once the temperature returns to a suitable range—between 18°C and 22°C—the bags can be taken out again. Mycelium exposed to temperatures above 25°C may suffer damage, while below 12°C, the color change after bag removal becomes difficult and delayed. When moving the film bags from the room to the outside, it’s crucial to cover them immediately. If the baghouse isn’t covered in time, the transition from the controlled microclimate to the larger environment can cause stress and adverse reactions. To avoid this, make sure to place the film over the trampoline as you take the bags out and remove them carefully. If a broken tube comes into contact with the bacterial bag, contamination can occur. When unpacking, only cut off the uncontaminated part of the film, leaving about 1–2 cm intact. Keep the affected area covered to prevent spores from spreading. If the contamination is significant, use a knife to remove the contaminated portion. The unaffected parts of the bacterial containers can then be collected for artificial anastomosis. After 3–4 days of growth, the entire tube can be reformed and used effectively.
