Shiitake mushroom bag four key

Take off the bag and select a sunny or cloudy morning for the process. During autumn and winter, strong northwest winds are common, which can dry out the surfaces of the bacterial cylinders. To prevent this, it's best to avoid bagging on windy days. Temperature control is essential. If the temperature is above 25°C or below 12°C, it's advisable to temporarily bag the bacteria. Move the bags to the mushroom shed using a trampoline, and make sure to add a suture to the fungus bag. Once the temperature returns to a suitable range—between 18°C and 22°C—you can remove the bags again. Mycelium exposed to temperatures above 25°C may suffer damage, while temperatures below 12°C can hinder color development after bag removal. When moving the film bags from the room to the outside, it's important to cover the baghouse with film as soon as possible. Failure to do so can cause stress to the microclimate, leading to adverse reactions. Therefore, when taking out the bags, make sure to place the film on the trampoline at the same time to maintain stability and reduce shock. If a tube is broken and contaminated, handle it carefully. When unpacking the bag, only cut off the uncontaminated part of the film, leaving about 1 to 2 cm intact. Keep the affected area covered to prevent spores from spreading. If contamination is extensive, use a knife to remove the contaminated portion. The unaffected parts of the bacterial containers can be collected for artificial anastomosis. After 3 to 4 days of growth, the entire tube should be fully formed and ready for further use.
