Hey there, friends! I hope your week has been treating you well. It's been a whirlwind around here, but in the best possible way. My mind has been all over the place lately, partly because I've had some quiet moments to reflect, and partly because life with three kids underfoot is never dull. Hormones aside, there’s always something happening—whether it’s a new school routine, upcoming moves, or just the everyday chaos of parenting. Honestly, I wouldn’t trade it for anything, but sometimes I wonder how people manage to keep their sanity.

Speaking of chaos, let me tell you, organizing for our upcoming garage sale has been quite the adventure. We just learned last week that we’ll need to vacate our rental home by next month since the owners are selling. So, now our place feels less like home and more like a showroom. Every time someone knocks on the door, I panic thinking about how messy the kitchen counter looks or whether the bathroom towels are perfectly straight. It’s stressful, sure, but at least it keeps us on top of things, right?

In the midst of all this, I decided to take a breather and share a few things that have brought joy to our lives lately. Sometimes, it’s the small stuff that makes the biggest difference.

Skylar 3 months
1 // Little Skylar has been absolutely delightful lately. He’s so full of energy, giggles, and mischief. When he’s not busy being adorable, he’s usually napping—or trying to, anyway. His sweet little face gives me all the feels, especially when he flashes those toothless grins. I actually debated using a picture of my cluttered desk for this post, but then I remembered how much better this photo of him turned out. Who could resist such a cute smile?

2 // You know what really stuck with me recently? A story about empathy and forgiveness. What if we all tried to understand others’ perspectives before reacting? It’s something we should all strive for, don’t you think? The world would definitely feel like a kinder place.

3 // If you haven’t seen it yet, check out the video "#Hashtag." My family and I stumbled upon it during a road trip to karate class, and since then, my dad and I have been texting each other funny hashtags. It’s become our little inside joke, and it never fails to bring a smile to my face.

4 // On the brighter side of things, I’m looking forward to painting our new space. Moving into a place with more natural light has me super excited, especially since our current bedroom feels like a cave. Packing isn’t exactly thrilling, though—I’ve barely started!

5 // And finally, we’ve got some exciting giveaways lined up for you soon. Stay tuned if you love surprises!

So, tell me, what’s been making your week brighter? I’d love to hear about it. Wishing you a fantastic weekend filled with laughter and love!

xoxo
