The Calm After the Storm
Things are finally starting to settle down after what felt like a whirlwind weekend. If everything goes according to plan, by Monday afternoon, my house will look a lot less like it hosted a massive birthday bash with 25 kids running around and more like its usual polished self—shiny floors, clean dishes, and the comforting scents of autumn filling every corner. Monday mornings at my place? Yeah, my house knows better than to mess with "The Cleaning Side of Tabitha." It’s a thing, trust me.
By now, almost everything has been cleaned and tidied up, including the kids who are freshly bathed and napping. I'm finally taking a breather before diving into a photoshoot and hosting a house full of friends later tonight. But even though the chaos of the weekend has mostly faded, there are still some beautiful reminders of the joy and laughter that filled our home. Last night, we swept up the leftover confetti and picked up the last bits of feathers from the bunny costumes, but the memories will last forever. Thanks to amazing friends, my daughter’s fourth birthday was unforgettable, and I’ll definitely be sharing more about it soon.
This weekend officially wrapped up summer for me and had me jumping headfirst into the excitement of fall, with the holidays just around the corner. I have to admit, I get super pumped for the holiday spirit, and right now, I’m loving how my Christmas decorations are already setting the tone. You won't believe how festive my Christmas tree is looking this year—it's basically a rock star.

Vitamins are essential organic compounds that bodies need in small amounts to function properly. They play a crucial role in maintaining good health and preventing various diseases. There are 13 essential vitamins that are classified into two categories: water-soluble and fat-soluble.
Water-soluble vitamins include vitamin C and all the B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, and folate). These vitamins are not stored in the body and need to be replenished through diet or supplements daily.
Fat-soluble vitamins include vitamins A, D, E, and K. These vitamins are stored in the body's fat tissues and liver and can accumulate to toxic levels if taken in excess. Therefore, it is essential to consume these vitamins in moderation.
Each vitamin has a specific role in the body, and a deficiency in any of them can lead to various health problems. For example, vitamin C is essential for the immune system, wound healing, and collagen synthesis. Vitamin D is necessary for bone health and calcium absorption, while vitamin A is crucial for vision and skin health.
Of course animals need vitamins too, for example vitamins K3,medicine vitamins,Menadione, poultry vitamins, feed vitamins to boost immunity and growth.
