Large-scale grass fingerling breeding technology

In recent years, with the continuous growth of the grass carp processing industry, the demand for high-quality grass carp has been steadily increasing. To ensure the production of healthy and robust grass carp, it is essential to start with high-quality seedstock. Below are some advanced techniques for large-scale grass carp breeding. For large-scale cultivation, ponds should be between 3 to 10 acres in size, with a water depth of 1.5 to 2 meters. The pond bottom must be flat and well-drained for efficient management. For every 30 mu of water surface, one 3.5-kilowatt aerator and a feeding machine should be installed to maintain water quality and feed efficiently. Before the end of April, Senecio cannabinus is planted throughout the pond to serve as natural feed for grass carp while they are introduced. This plant helps absorb excess organic matter from the sludge. Twenty days before stocking, 100 kg of quicklime is applied to thoroughly disinfect the pond. Seven to ten days before stocking, 200 kg of organic fertilizer is spread per acre, followed by filling the pond with water to a depth of about 0.5 meters. Stocking density during the summer is around 4,000 to 5,000 fish per mu, including 1,000 white carp and summer carp. As the fish grow, the water level is gradually increased, reaching full submersion by late July when the fish are fully developed. Feeding follows a "feeding early and feeding late" strategy. Before July, the main diet consists of green feed with some commercial feed added. From July onward, the fish enter a fast-growing phase, and granulated commercial feed is used, fed two to three times daily. Morning feed accounts for 70% of the total daily amount. Common diseases affecting grass carp include enteritis, gill disease, and Chinese carp disease. Starting in June, new water is added every 10 days, raising the water level by 20 to 25 cm each time. After July, 15 to 20 kg of slaked lime is sprinkled per acre every 20 days, with a water depth of 1 meter. If signs of Chinese squid are detected, a mixture of copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate (in a 5:2 ratio) is sprayed at 0.7 grams per cubic meter of water, once every other week. With proper care, more than 400 kg of large grass carp can be harvested per mu, with individual fish weighing between 100 to 250 grams. Additionally, raising summer carp in crab ponds has become a popular method to improve overall productivity in recent years. By mid-August, excessive aquatic plants in crab ponds begin to hinder crab growth. To address this, 300 to 400 summer fish are stocked per acre, which not only controls plant overgrowth but also provides an additional source of fish. On average, about 25 kg of large grass carp can be produced per mu under these conditions.

Greenhouse Automatic Proportional Pump

Fertilizer pump mounted directly on the pipe, the kinetic energy of pipe flow to drives the pump to work at a set ratio to suck high erconcentration drug or quantitative fertilizer in to the pump. After mixed with the water and delivered to downstream. No matter How to change the water pressure, Drug or fertilizer will be mixed and discharged according to a certain proportion.
