Green feed harvester operation and precautions
Green forage harvesters, also known as a variety of header green feed harvesters, can be used to harvest a variety of green crops. The green forage harvester can be divided into three types: traction type, suspension type and self-propelled type. Generally, the feed device and the shredding and throwing device form a fuselage. Different accessories can be attached to the front of the fuselage for harvesting different varieties of green. For feed crops, there are three types of accessories commonly used: full-cutting headers, counter-row headers, and picking devices. The full width cutting table uses a reciprocating cutter for full width cutting and is suitable for harvesting of green and barley crops. The cutting width is 1.5 meters to 2 meters, and the large one can reach 3.3 meters to 4.2 meters. The rotary header cutter is used for harvesting on line headers and is suitable for harvesting high-stem crops such as green-feeding corn. The picking device consists of a spring-type picker and an auger, which is used to cut low-humidity, green-seeded crops that are laid on the ground and sent to a chopper for cutting into pieces. The use of green-feeding harvesters can greatly improve the efficiency of green-feeding operations, shorten the operation cycle, and ensure the quality of silage.
Operation points:
1. Green feed cutting. No row spacing is used for harvesting, which is not affected by differences in row spacing of crops. Harvesting lodging corn stalks works well. Knife is a universal knife, easy to buy and replace. A well-designed lip-less protector can effectively reduce the cutting height and improve the cutting effect. The chain rakes and augers are equipped with safety clutches, which can effectively prevent the damage caused by excessive feeding to the machine and greatly improve the reliability of the header. The adjustment of the height of the reel and the pressure roller is very suitable for the harvest of high-crop crops, stubble height is generally not more than 12 cm, header width 2850 mm.
2. Agitate the dragon and rub it. The feeding device is composed of 8 rollers. The size and structure of the different rollers make them fed smoothly and flattened to ensure better cutting results. The feeding device has three feeds, allowing the chopped length to be adjusted in three ways, allowing different chopped length feeds to be used by more livestock. The transmission system is equipped with an anti-positive gear box, which can eliminate spoils in time when feeding excess jams and greatly increase work efficiency.
3. Green feed chopped. The shredding device consists of 12 cutting blades. The special material makes the blades sharper and more durable. The speed of the shredding drum is 1000 rpm and the shredding length is 15 mm to 30 mm.
4. Green feed throw. The material throwing device is controlled by hydraulic pressure and the throwing angle is up to 180 degrees, which facilitates the material container and transportation. The throwing angle is adjustable by 90 degrees, and the loss rate does not exceed 3%.
Note: To ensure that the machine has good performance during the harvest season, the machine must be repaired and maintained in a timely manner.
1. After the harvest season is over, clean up the crop stubble, soil and sludge from inside and outside the machine and wipe it clean. Lubricate the operating parts.
2. The machine needs to be stored in the warehouse.
3. Repaint the parts that have worn off the paint as needed. Remove the drive chain, clean it, soak it in clean oil for 12 hours, and then seal it.
4. Brush all the exposed parts of the machine, especially all kinds of blades, with a layer of oil to prevent rust. The parts to be replaced are tabulated and ordered for purchase as soon as possible so that they can be used for maintenance before the start of the next harvest season.
