Four preparations before hatching eggs

1. Develop an incubation schedule. Poultry eggs before hatching. 2. Preparation of electrical parts and accessories. In order for hatchery work to proceed smoothly without fuss, the spare electrical components of the incubator must have spare parts. In addition, low-value consumables such as egg inspection lamps, wet and dry bulb thermometers, disinfectant drugs, utensils, immunization equipment, and recording forms should all be prepared.

3. Incubation room disinfection. The incubation chamber must maintain a certain temperature and good ventilation, clean before hatching, and completely disinfect the ground, walls and space.

4. Incubator maintenance, disinfection, and calibration. Once incubators are used, they rarely operate intermittently, especially in batches. Therefore, the incubator should recognize the sweep, carefully check the circuit equipment, test and correct the normal function of each part, try to eliminate the hidden danger before hatching, so as to avoid accidents in the hatching process, and get caught by surprise. Normally, a week or so before hatching, the inspection is performed. After the inspection, there is no abnormal phenomenon. Turn on the power supply for temperature and humidity, and run the test machine. Use a thermometer to check the uniformity of the temperature in each point of the incubator and the difference from the hatching temperature. All adjustments are made. No exceptions. It can be turned on for 1~2 days and then ready for hatching. Before incubating, it should be disinfected. Disinfection time should not exceed 12 hours before hatching. First, the incubator was wiped clean, and then formalin 42 ml, potassium permanganate 21 g per cubic meter of space, closed fumigation for 24 hours, open the door, after the row of formaldehyde gas can be hatched.
