Viscometer rotor use related matters
Note on the use of the viscometer rotor :
1. Care should be taken when handling the viscometer rotor. Do not use excessive force. Do not force the rotor laterally to avoid bending the rotor.
2. Please do not put the viscometer that has been mounted on the rotor sideways or upside down.
3. Keep the connecting screw and the end face of the rotor and the threaded part clean, otherwise it will affect the vibrating degree of the viscometer rotor.
4. After changing the viscometer rotor, please enter the new rotor number in time.
5. After each use, replace the replaced rotor in a timely manner (wipe clean) and put it back into the viscometer rotor frame.
6. Please do not leave the rotor on the viscometer for cleaning.
7. The viscometer and the rotor are matched one-to-one. Please do not confuse several viscometers and rotors.
8. After installing the rotor on the rotary viscometer, do not rotate it for a long time without liquid to avoid damage to the shaft tip.
