The best temperature for application of bacterial fertilizer is 25~37°C, which is lower than 5°C and higher than 45°C. The application effect is poor. It is not suitable for crop fields under high temperature, low temperature and drought conditions. In addition, some need to grasp the humidity, for example, the optimal soil relative water content of Azotobacter is 60% to 70%.

Bacterial fertilizers should not be mixed with fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, sulfur-containing fertilizers (such as potassium sulfate, etc.), and straw ash, because these drugs and fertilizers are very easy to kill red biological bacteria. Fertilizer should be applied first, and after 48 hours, we should fight and weed. If seed dressing, do not mix with seeds that have been mixed with fungicide. It should also prevent mixing with uncontaminated farmyard fertilizers.

For fields that use chemical fertilizers for many years, chemical fertilizers and organic fertilizers cannot be greatly reduced when biofertilizers are applied. Because crops have a dependence on chemical fertilizers, replacing chemical fertilizers with biological bacterial fertilizers cannot be applied at once. Therefore, the amount of substitution should be replaced by 30%, 40%, and 60% in the first, second, and third years, respectively. Phosphorus and potassium fertilizers can only make up and cannot be reduced.

Biofertilizer is not a fast-acting fertilizer, and it is best applied in the critical period of nutrient nutrition and the period of 7-10 days before the nutrition absorption period.
