Fermentation Bed (dry spread) Pig feed requirements

Compared with the general cement ground pigs, the feed used for pigs in the fermentation bed needs to be properly improved.

1, as little as possible to add antibiotics

Pigs fed on the fermentation bed are of high quality and it is not necessary to add antibiotics to the feed as often as a normal person does not need to take medicine every day. Less use of antibacterial drugs can reduce the toxic side effects of drugs on pigs and can also reduce feed costs.

In the big pig stage, antibacterial drugs should not be used. On the one hand, large pigs have strong resistance and there is no need to add antibiotics; on the other hand, they do not use antibacterial drugs and can produce high quality pork without drug residues.

2. Appropriately reduce the amount of mineral elements (constant metal elements and trace metal elements) added

Compared with the current universal feed nutrition, the amount of salt and calcium, phosphorus, etc. in the feed of pigs in the fermentation bed can be reduced by about 30%, and other metal elements such as copper, zinc, manganese, etc. can be reduced by 501%. Because these elements are relatively high in pig manure, the original phytate in the form of an organic matter is also mostly hydrolyzed by fermentation to easily absorbable inorganic phosphorus and soluble metal ions.

3, no addition of arsenic

Arsenic-containing additives (asphalic acid) cannot be added in principle, especially when producing high-grade pork. So as not to accumulate more toxic arsenic elements in the litter, in particular, these organic arsenic will be converted into more toxic inorganic arsenic in the litter.

4, disable high copper and high zinc formulations

In the process of raising pigs in the fermentation bed, there is no need or addition of additives such as high copper and high zinc in pig feed. The piglets grow smoothly on the fermentation bed, and there is little reduction in diarrhoeal diseases. There is no need to add them. High concentrations of salts increase salt deposits in the litter, affecting the service life of the fermentation bed.

Adding arsenic and high-copper and high-zinc additives to feed directly harm pigs mainly in two aspects. First, the use of these chemicals is close to the amount of poisoning, resulting in damage to liver, spleen, kidneys and other organ cells of pigs and affecting pigs. The overall function; Second, it will form drug residues in meat products, affecting people's health. For details, please contact: Beijing Huaxia Kangyuan Technology Co., Ltd. Tel:
