For fruit tree fertilizers and animal feeds, strains must be added. The strains are sold on the market.
Step 2. Preparation before mixing:
General use of wet chicken manure 700 kilograms, wheat bran or rice bran or straw powder 300 kilograms, chicken manure fermentation strains 0.25 kilograms; the chicken manure fermenter strain 0.25 kilograms pour into the water to dilute and mix evenly, the dilution water is best for the well water Or river water, stir 10-30 minutes.
Step 3: Production of chicken manure organic fertilizer:
The chicken manure was mixed with wheat bran or rice bran or straw powder for 2 minutes, then poured into the strain dilution solution and stirred for 6 minutes; then piled into a heap of about 1 meter in width and not more than 1.5-2 meters in length. Moisture control is about 40% (Note: The amount of diluted water is increased or decreased depending on the degree of wet and dry fermentation materials. The diluted strain should be about 35% to 40% of the raw material for fermentation. But do not drop the beads, let loose it is good.
Note: Water is more apt to be sour and less fermentable. If the fermentation material is relatively wet, the amount of diluted water should be reduced; ventilation is performed at the top of the stack; finally, the pile is covered with a rectangular plastic cloth; the plastic cloth is connected with the ground; Ventilate and avoid being swelled by strong winds.
Fermentation time of chicken manure organic fertilizer: generally more than one month in winter, generally 1-2 cycles in summer about 14-21 days.
