One of the research topics is the use of polysulfone and silicon particles as a matrix mechanism for polymer membranes to form a filter membrane. Polysulfone is a plastic with good high temperature resistance. This study required the detection of the morphology and uniformity of the polymer film under different loadings and different silicon particle contents. HASUC's vacuum drying oven plays a major role in the production of polymer membranes. On the one hand, before the polysulfone is combined with the membrane, it needs to be dried at 100 ° C in a vacuum drying oven, and on the other hand, after the polymer film is dried at room temperature, a vacuum drying oven is used to remove the gas and the residual solvent from the polymer film.

Scanning electron microscopy showed the morphology and uniformity of the film at 8% and 12% silicon particles.
