The cable-layered cable is easy to manufacture and is a so-called "low-cost cable for the towline". However, when the spin-up causes the entire system to fail, the cheap ones will turn into high-priced mistakes. So how do these problems arise?
In a layered cable, the core of the cable is mostly tightly wound around the centerline into several layers, and the outer sheath is wrapped around the tubular sheath. In shielded cables, the core is wrapped in wool or foil gold. So what happens when such a 12-core cable is running normally?
When the cable is bent and stressed, the inner diameter of the cable is pressed and the outer diameter is pulled. At first, due to the elasticity of the material, the cable can work normally, but soon after, the material will be permanently deformed due to excessive force. The internal structure of the multi-bundle cable is a precision woven structure, which basically solves the aforementioned problems. The cable here is first twisted and twisted by a special kind of asphalt, and the core wire is separately braided into bundles. The next step is to twist the core around a center of tensile material to create a true central core. Thanks to this multi-twisted process, the core wire can change the inner and outer diameters of the bent cable several times. In addition, the tension and pressure around the highly tensioned centerline are balanced with each other, so that the internal structure of the cable has reliable stability, so that the cable can remain stable when subjected to large bending force.
