Storage: The fresh mushrooms that meet the standard of moisture are first packed into a basket, and then stored in a cold storage at 1°C-4°C. Transportation: After the fresh mushrooms are packed, they must be promptly transported. At different temperature conditions, the time for keeping fresh mushrooms is also different. It can be stored for 18 days at 1°C, fresh for 14 days at 6°C, and kept for 7 days at 15°C. The higher the temperature, the shorter the preservation time.
