1. Hollow cathode lamps require a certain warm-up time. The lamp current slowly rises from a low to a high value to prevent a sudden rise, causing cathode sputtering. Some low melting point elements such as Sn, Pb, etc., prevent vibration when used, gently remove after work, the cathode is placed upwards, and then moved to pack after cooling. The loading and unloading lamp should be lightly handled, and if the window is dirty or fingerprint, wipe it gently with a mirror paper. The color of the hollow cathode lamp is not normal. The lamp current inverter (corresponding to a simple lamp power supply device) can be used to illuminate the lamp with positive and negative voltages, and ignite at the high current of the lamp for 20-30 minutes; or at a high current of 100. Ignite at -150 mA for 1-2 min to make the cathode red hot. The titanium wire or the ruthenium on the cathode is a getter, which can absorb the residual impurity gas in the lamp, thus recovering the performance of the lamp. The hollow cathode lamp that is not used is ignited for 30 minutes at rated current.

2. The capillary of the sprayer is made of platinum-rhodium alloy. Do not spray high concentration fluorine-containing liquid. Prevent capillary bending during work. If there is blockage, use fine wire to remove it. Be careful not to damage the capillary port or inner wall.

3. After daily analysis, the distilled water should be sprayed without extinguishing the fire, and the sprayer, spray chamber and burner should be cleaned. After spraying high concentrations of acid and alkali, rinse the spray chamber thoroughly with water to prevent corrosion. After sucking and spraying the organic solution, first spray the organic flux and acetone for 5 min, then spray 1% nitric acid and distilled water for 5 min each. If the burner has salt crystals, the flame is zigzag. It can be scraped off with filter paper or cardboard. If necessary, remove the burner, wash it with 1:1 ethanol-acetone, and brush it with a brush. If there is a bead, it can be lightly ground with metallographic sandpaper. It is strictly forbidden to soak with acid.

4. The optical components in the monochromator are strictly prohibited from being touched by hand and adjusted without authorization. A small amount of gas can be used to blow off the surface dust, and it is not allowed to wipe with lens paper. To prevent the grating from getting wet and moldy, always replace the desiccant in the cassette. When the photomultiplier tube room needs to be overhauled, it is necessary to turn off the shield cover to prevent the direct illumination of the strong light, and cause the irreversible "fatigue" effect of the photomultiplier tube.

5. When igniting, first turn on the gas, then turn on the gas. When it is off, turn off the gas first, then turn off the gas. 7. When using a graphite furnace, the position of sample injection should be consistent and the error should be reduced. The pressure of the cooling water and the flow rate of the inert gas flow should be stable during operation. Be sure to turn on the power supply under inert gas, otherwise the graphite tube will be burnt.
