TeleClinic acquires Overl.ai from telemedicine company: Quickly enter patient data with AI
Recently, TruClinic announced the acquisition of Overl., a medical artificial intelligence company headquartered in New York, USA. Ai, the parties did not disclose the transaction amount and the acquisition method.
TruClinic provides a secure network for healthcare professionals to implement telemedicine services. Users can remotely log in via mobile devices and desktop systems, allowing medical service providers and patients to connect remotely, enabling patients to receive adequate medical care and communication. Solutions include streamlining patient tracking, removing scheduling bottlenecks, increasing revenue for clinicians and increasing patient satisfaction.
This time TruClinic acquired Overl. Ai, will join the company's artificial intelligence products to improve patient data entry efficiency and solve data integration problems when connected to an electronic health record (EHR) to provide a better experience for users.

Overl. Founded in 2014, ai designed an automated solution for patient data entry that combines machine learning and automated data capture to enhance the patient experience. Overl. Ai's solution can be deployed on multiple platforms (network, tablet, mobile) and supports multiple languages. It captures clinical and non-clinical information, handles insurance eligibility, processes payments, schedules and confirms appointments, collects access surveys, and shares information in real time in the EHR system.
