Pickle processing line workflow

The processing and design of the pickles is designed to produce a complete set of processing line equipment, and the equipment can process customized equipment according to the customer's own production needs. Basic process of pickles: desalting - cleaning - blanching - dehydration - mixing - vacuum packaging - sterilization - washing bags - draining - air drying. Next, I will introduce you to the whole workflow of the pickle processing line:

1. Put the pickles into the continuous spray cleaning machine for initial cleaning, rinse the pickles, and set up a bubble generating device in the equipment to make the pickles roll, effectively separate the surface of the pickles, and the pickles are not damaged. .

2. The pickles are transferred to the secondary cleaning area with the spray pipe for secondary cleaning through the mesh belt. During the conveying process, the product is washed again by the spray cleaning secondary cleaning area to achieve the purpose of cleaning. The amount of water can be replenished on the other hand. On the other hand, the function of rinsing after the washing of the pickles can be achieved. The floating objects can overflow from the overflow tank, and the sediment is discharged from the drain hole below, and the pickled vegetable production line can be used for disinfection and cleaning.

3. The pickles are directly sent to the vegetable dehydrator through the cleaning tank for dehydration.

4. The dried pickles are put into the multi-purpose cutting machine of the pickles production line to slice and diced the pickles.

5. Chopped pickles are packaged in batches on a workbench with a double chamber vacuum packaging machine.

6. The packaged bag of pickled vegetables is automatically transported to the pasteurization tank for pasteurization by conveyor. (The sterilization time is adjustable, and the sterilization temperature is adjustable from 65-95 degrees).

7. The packaging bag is automatically transported to the cooling pool by the pasteurized tank mesh belt for cooling, and the packaging bag is sent out through the cooling pool and directly sent to the inverted air dryer for turning and drying, and the moisture on the surface of the packaging bag is blown dry.
