(2) When connecting rods are found to be bent and twisted, they must be straightened in time to avoid unilateral wear of the cylinder and abnormal wear of the cylinder center. (3) crankshaft bending should be corrected. When grinding the journal, it is necessary to ensure that the axes of the main neck and the connecting rod journal are parallel to each other. (4) When assembling the piston pin, pay attention to check the perpendicularity between the piston pin axis and the piston skirt so as to avoid the consequences of bending like the connecting rod. (5) When reaming small copper sleeves and scraping connecting rod linings, avoid misalignment of the axis and result in bent or twisted rods. (6) The optional fitting and assembly of the piston rings shall meet the requirements, including the elasticity, leakiness, hardness, flatness of the piston rings, backlash, side clearance, and end clearance of the piston rings. (7) The time, frequency, and method of commutating the internal combustion engine should be appropriate.
