In terms of labeling and coding, in addition to clear printing, it must cover the date of production and shelf life information, but there is no corresponding regulation on the labeling position.

In the Hengyang factory visited by the reporter, the main processing and blending oil series is mainly used. The refining and pressing processes of crude oil are carried out at the Xiangyang factory. At present, there are two production lines in Hengyang Plant, one of which is under construction. There are 36 filling machines on the line, mainly for filling 4.5L and 5L small package oil; the other is semi-automatic. The production line has 12 filling machines for filling 21.74L of medium and large packaging oil, which is mainly supplied to food and beverage stores. In order to reduce the damage of the edible oil bottle during transportation and the possibility of contamination by dust, etc., the company's Hengyang factory building is equipped with a fully automatic blow molding machine, which is responsible for the injection molding, blowing and other previous processes.

According to the order, after the required oils are purchased into the factory, they are reconciled through a certain proportion and then filled. When the empty edible oil bottle is driven by the conveyor belt to the filling area, the filling device implements the electronic pulse command of the sensor to implement the bottle filling. When filling the volume specification, the sensor automatically sends a stop irrigation to the filling machine. Load the signal and the filling is complete. The oil-filled edible oil bottle is transported to the underlying gland area after a short pause. After the center of the cap is aligned and the corresponding bottle mouth is aligned, the cap on the gland head presses the lid down on the bottle mouth as the capping machine operates. After confirming that the gland is intact, the edible oil bottle is transported by the conveyor belt to the coding area.
