Rat passive hypersensitivity method was used to establish animal model of type I allergy. The diameter of blue reaction spot on the back of rats was observed. 2. The histamine-induced pruritus in guinea pigs was used to observe the total amount of histamine phosphate that was given when guinea pigs were bluntly bruised. 3. Mouse type IV allergy was induced with dinitrochlorobenzene and the degree of mouse ear swelling was observed. Result: 1. The high, medium, and low doses of white fresh peel extract significantly inhibited the diameter of the blue response spot on the back of the rat's skin, P < 0.01, indicating that the extract of white fresh bar has an inhibitory effect on type I allergy. 2. The threshold of itching in the high- and middle-dose groups of the white fresh skin extract was significantly higher than that in the control group, P<0.05, indicating that the white fresh peel extract had a significant local antipruritic effect. 3. The high-dose group of white fresh skin extract significantly inhibited the auricle swelling caused by delayed skin hypersensitivity induced by DNCB in mice, P<0.05, indicating that the extract of white fresh peel can inhibit delayed-type hypersensitivity in mice. . Conclusion: The results showed that the extract of white fresh skin can effectively fight allergic reactions of type I and IV and has a good anti-allergic effect.
