Fault 1: The main power indicator is not lit

Fault three: the element light is not bright

1. Whether the power cord is off welding; 2. Whether the lamp power socket is loose; 3. The lamp is broken.
Method of exclusion:
1. Re-install the lamp; 2. Replace the lamp position; 3. Change the lamp.
Fault 4: Energy is too low when searching for peaks, energy exceeds upper limit
cause of issue:
1. The element light is not bright; 2. The element light is not in the right position; 3. The lamp is aging.
Method of exclusion:
1. Reinstall the hollow cathode lamp; 2. Reset the lamp position; 3. Replace the new lamp.
Fault 5: Click "Ignition", no high voltage discharge and fire
cause of issue:
1. There is no pressure in the air; 2. The acetylene is not turned on; 3. The liquid level of the waste liquid is low; 4. The acetylene leaks and alarms.
Method of exclusion:
1. Check the air compressor; 2. Check the acetylene outlet pressure; 3. Add distilled water; 4. Turn off the emergency fire.
Fault 6: The test baseline is unstable and the noise is large
cause of issue:
1. The instrument energy is low, the multiplier tube has a high negative pressure; 2. The wavelength is not accurate; 3. The elemental lamp emits unstable.
Method of exclusion:
1. Check the lamp current; 2. Check if the peak is normal; 3. Replace the known lamp.
Fault seven: standard curve bending
cause of issue:
1. The light source lamp loses gas; 2. The working current is too large; 3. The waste liquid flows poorly; 4. The sample concentration is high.
Method of exclusion:
1. Replace the lamp or reverse connection; 2. Reduce the current; 3. Take measures; 4. Reduce the sample concentration.
Fault 8: The analysis result is too high
cause of issue:
1. The solution solid is not dissolved; 2. The background absorption artifact; 3. The blank is uncorrected; 4. The standard solution is degraded.
Method of exclusion:
1. Increase the flame temperature; 2. Retest near the resonance line; 3. Use blank; 4. Re-match the standard solution.
Fault nine: low analysis results
cause of issue:
1. The sample is not completely evaporated; 2. The standard solution is improperly prepared; 3. The sample concentration is too high; 4. The sample is contaminated.
Method of exclusion:
1. Adjust the relative position of the impact ball and the nozzle; 2. Re-match the standard solution; 3. Reduce the sample concentration; 4. Eliminate the pollution.
