1. While the machine is in operation, the operator standing on the pedal must be properly secured to prevent personal injury. Always ensure safety harnesses or restraints are in place before starting the equipment.
2. Before performing any inspection, maintenance, adjustment, or repair work, make sure the tractor has been turned off and the engine has completely stopped. This helps prevent accidental movement and potential hazards.
3. During equipment operation, never touch or come into contact with any area marked with warning signs or chains. These areas are typically high-risk zones that could cause serious injury if approached.
4. When lifting the equipment, do so smoothly and avoid sudden rises or drops, as this can damage the machine. If the implement is not fully raised, do not reverse or turn the machine to prevent accidents or mechanical failure.
5. Prior to starting any job, conduct a thorough field survey to clear away any obstacles that may interfere with operations. This ensures safer and more efficient performance of the task.
6. Tasks such as oiling, adding seeds, fertilizing, or cleaning debris should only be performed when the machine is parked and stationary. Before adding fertilizer, always check the seed box for any foreign materials that might cause blockages.
The no-tillage planter is designed to use granular fertilizer only. Make sure the seeds added are clean and free from impurities to avoid clogging the planting mechanism.
7. Never stand between the tractor and the seeder or sit on the implement while it's in operation. This position poses a serious risk of being crushed or injured by moving parts.
8. Minimize unnecessary parking during work to reduce the buildup of seeds, chemicals, or soil ridges. This helps maintain efficiency and prevents waste or uneven distribution.
9. It is strictly forbidden to perform any checks, adjustments, or repairs under the seeder once it has been raised and suspended. Always lower the implement safely before working underneath it.
10. Pilot broadcasting: After attaching the seeder to the tractor, place a known quantity of seeds in the seed box. Adjust the sowing rate to the desired setting and broadcast seeds over a test distance. Remove the seeds, weigh them, and calculate the seeding rate by dividing the weight by the test area. Adjust the handle accordingly until the correct rate is achieved for large-scale planting.
11. When using the rotary cutter, allow it to gradually make contact with the ground after it has started rotating. Do not drop the equipment suddenly, as this can cause damage or loss of control.
12. Avoid operating the machine while turning or reversing. These actions increase the risk of accidents and reduce the precision of the work being done.
13. Operations must not be conducted when there is strong wind, heavy rain, or when the soil moisture content exceeds 70%. These conditions can affect machine performance and pose safety risks to the operator.

The appearance of this product is colorless to pale yellow viscous liquid. It is soluble in water. It has goodhydrolyticstability and high adaptability to PH value changes. It`s safe and non-toxic. Its freezing point is about -2.8℃, specific gravity is about 1.04/cm3 and decomposition temperature is 280-300℃. It`s polymeride AKD maturing agent of high charge density. Emulsion provides strong cationic component promotive and protective agent and promotes curing effect. This product is added directly into the synthesis process of intermediates or added a certain ratio in emulsion. This product can be added more in the papermaking system with heavier anionic trash, as the pulp potential equilibrium to play a dual role of sizing enhancement and forcing ripening.

IV. Application:
This product is applied in alkaline sizing system of AKD (Alkyl Ketene Dimer) to restrict largely the hydrolysis and migration aptitude of AKD. [The third generation" AKD is mainly used for the making of multipurpose duplicating paper filled by precipitated calcium carbonate. 60% cationic polymer can adhere to the fiber after the paper containing cationic polymer being reused, by which enhance hydrophobicity of the paper. Added to waste paper deinking agent, its cationic hydrophilic group adheres to ink particles easily, especially for hydrophobic aniline ink. After flotation, the whiteness of pulp increased. This product is also applied as cationic surfactant in pitch control agent for pulping.
