Why is it said to further reduce it?
Because in the previous limit price document issued in June last year (Shanghai Price [2015] No. 11), for the Medical Equipment that can be charged separately for sale before July 1, 2015, it is only required to be a public medical institution. "Strengthen management, gradually reduce the difference between the sales and sales, and must not break through the original actual price difference."
The original actual sales price difference mentioned in the Shanghai price [2015] No. 11 text is actually a 15% price increase rate.
A year ago, the rule was that the markup rate should not exceed 15%, and now it has become a price increase rate of no more than 10%. The new document issued this year also proposes that Shanghai will continue to reduce this price increase in the future, so next year it is likely to become a price increase rate of no more than 5%.
In many parts of the country, the chargeable medical devices are still implemented according to the old regulations of Shun plus no more than 15%. In this way, Shanghai is also a little progress. However, Shanghai's price limit reform is still not very thorough, because there is also a place where the sales of consumables have been implemented.
From a national perspective, under the pressure of medical institutions' control fees, after the zero-difference rate of drugs, the sales of medical devices will also become a trend.
