Identification of the quality of first-year fishes

One-year-old fish generally include winter and spring films. That is, the summer flower species are cultivated for 3 to 5 months to develop a fish species with a total length of 10 to 17 cm, to be called a winter piece in the winter, and to be called a spring fish species in the next spring. The quality of one-year-old fish can be identified using the “four look” method.
1. See if the pond size is even. The fish species of the same species are generally uniform in size and generally have a strong constitution. Individuals have large gaps in their specifications, and they often have low survival rates. Among them, those individuals with small fish species are often emaciated. Not suitable for purchase
2. Look body color. Each species of fish has its own healthy body color. Therefore, the quality of the species can be judged from the color of the species. That is, the body color reflects the quality of the fish (commonly known as "meat gas"). The body color of high-quality fish is: herring color is gray and white. The more robust the fish is, the lighter the body color is; the fish of the grass carp is pale golden yellow and gray-black reticulate scales are evident. The more robust the fish, the more pronounced the pale golden yellow; the silvery gray back of the carp, silvery white on both sides and abdomen; the golden color of the carp is light yellow, and the black spot of the fish is not obvious. The more robust the fish, the less obvious the black spots, and the more pronounced the golden yellow. If the body color is dark or dark black fish species are poor or sick fish.
3. See if the body surface is shiny. The robust fish species has a thin layer of mucus that protects the scales and skin from invasion by pathogens, so that the body surface exhibits a certain degree of luster. The diseased and weakly injured fish species lacked mucus and had a dull surface, which was commonly referred to as the fish's appearance and hairiness. Some diseased fish have too much mucus on the surface and lose their luster.
4. Look at the fish species swimming situation. Robust fish swims lively and has strong water repellency. When crowded in a cage or a live water boat, the head of the fish is head down and the tail is facing upwards, only the fish tails are constantly in motion. Otherwise it is a poor quality fish species.
