The NY-8D Pesticide Residue Rapid Tester is designed according to the technical requirements of the national standard GB/T5009.199-2003 . It can quickly and accurately detect the content of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in fruits and vegetables. The instrument can be widely used in various levels of government vegetable testing centers, farmers markets, supermarkets, environmental protection, vegetable planting bases, restaurants and other units to determine the pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.
Under certain conditions, organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides have an inhibitory effect on the normal function of cholinesterase, and the inhibition rate is positively correlated with the concentration of pesticide. Under normal circumstances, the enzyme catalyzes the hydrolysis of the nerve conduction medium, and the hydrolysis product reacts with the color developer to produce a yellow substance, and the inhibition rate is calculated by measuring the change value of the absorbance with time ( ΔA ) using the NY-8D pesticide residue rapid tester ( I). ), the inhibition rate can be used to determine whether there is a high dose of organophosphorus or carbamate pesticide in the sample.

1. < C > button :
a. b. Data deletion: In the data query state, after selecting the data to be deleted, press < B > to delete the data.
c. Numerical coarse adjustment: In the parameter setting, after selecting the value, press < B > to decrease the corresponding value by 10 (when changing two digits) or 50 (when modifying three digits).
4. < M > button :
a. Sample test: When the instrument presses the < M 〉 key in the standby detection state, the instrument starts to test the sample.
b. Parameter selection: In the parameter setting, press < M 〉 key to move the selection parameter item.
c. Page turning: In the data query state, press the < M 〉 button to turn the page.
5. < E > button : In the system management interface, press the < E 〉 button and then press the < P 〉 button to clear the stored data.
6. < P > button :
a. Press the < P 〉 button in the standby state of each test to print the current absorbance change value ΔA and the suppression rate of each channel.
b. In the state where the data is queried by time and serial number, the selected data is printed.
7. <↑> , <↓> keys :

Connect to the mains (100 ~ 230V 50 / 60Hz), turn on the instrument power switch, the instrument displays "Starting" 1~2 seconds, display the boot screen " Please take out all the samples in the measurement room, close the measurement chamber cover, and press < 8 〉Key ” , press < 8 〉 button, the instrument will display “The system is self-testing, please wait! ” At this time, the instrument starts self-test and also displays the self-test process (horizontal bar). The self-test time is about 1 minute. When the self-test is completed, the instrument enters the standby detection state, see Figure 3.

J When the instrument is turned on and the standby detection interface is preheated for 20 minutes before use, the instrument works more stably and the measurement result is more accurate .
% All samples in the measurement chamber should be taken out each time the machine is turned on, otherwise the measurement results are not accurate.

(3) Online: an online operating mode of the system management interface according to <3> key (or by <↑>, <↓> key to move the cursor to "online" menu, press <8> to confirm), enters.

(5) the print settings: Press the System Management Interface <5> key (or by <↑>, <↓> key to move the cursor to select the "Print setting" menu, press <8> to confirm), print settings entered. Press the < M 〉 button to move the cursor to select “Instant Print” or “Print Mode”, and then press the < ↑ 〉, < ↓ 〉 button to switch the instant printing between “On” and “Off”. The print mode is “ Switch between "column" and "column". The factory default setting prints “Off” and the print mode “column”.
Before performing the sample test, the control test must be done first, otherwise the nearest control sample data is selected as the reference control.
When the control test, the control sample must be placed in the measurement chamber of the first channel (channel can be placed to rest of the test sample), the sample into the test chamber, the measuring chamber lid closing, press the <B> key, the bottom left of the display The delay time is displayed. After a delay of 10 seconds, the control test is started, the test time is counted down, and the " * " mark appears before the first channel number of the control sample.
When the test is completed at the end of the countdown, the display shows the absorbance change value â–³A and the inhibition rate, and the system date and time are restored in the lower right corner of the display. The control sample showed no inhibition rate, and the inhibition rate was shown as "----". The inhibition rate of the 2-8 channel sample was based on the first channel control sample. See Figure 7 for display.
In the control test, if the control â–³ A is 0, then the system does not store the current control value, a sample being tested while the control (i.e., the sample is placed 2-8 channels), regardless of how much the value of â–³ A The inhibition rate is displayed as "----" and is not stored, but the test results can be printed .

For sample testing, the sample to be tested can be placed in the first to eighth channels of the sample chamber. After the sample is placed in the measurement chamber, close the measurement chamber cover and press the < M 〉 button . The delay time is displayed at the lower left of the display, with a delay of 10 seconds. After that, the sample test is started, the test time is counted down, and when the countdown is over, the test is completed, the display shows the absorbance change value ΔA and the inhibition rate, and the system date and time are restored in the lower right corner of the display.
When the sample test is performed by pressing the < M 〉 key, the inhibition rate of the sample is based on the last stored control ΔA value .
a. If the instant printing “On” is set, the current detection data will be automatically printed after the detection is completed; if the instant printing “Off” is set, after the detection is completed, press the < P > key to print the current detection data.
b. If the print mode “column” is set, the printed data will be merged into a group of data printing according to the channel order; if the print mode “column” is set, the printed data will be printed separately according to the channel sequence and one channel of data.
In the data query interface, press the < L > key to select the data to be printed (an “s” appears before the selected data number), and then press the < P > key to print.
J In the query state, only the selected data is printed.
When the instrument is in the data query state, press < ↑ 〉, < ↓ 〉 to move the cursor; press < M > to scroll through the page; press < L 〉 to select the data, press < P 〉 to print the selected data. ; Press < C 〉 to return.
a. Delete historical data separately: In the data query state, press < ↑ 〉, < ↓ 〉 key to move the cursor to select the data to be deleted, and then press < B 〉 to delete.
b. Clear the historical data: press < C 〉 button for about 3 seconds to enter the system management interface, press < E 〉 button and then press < P 〉 button, the instrument displays “Do you want to clear the data?”, press < 8 〉 to confirm, the instrument displays "Cleaning data". After the data is cleared, it will automatically return to the system management interface.
% Cleared data will not be recovered.
(1) Online / offline operation selection : After power-on or after exiting self-test mode, the printer enters online mode and the indicator light is on. Press the SEL button, the indicator light goes out, enter the offline working mode, press the SEL button again to re-enter the online working mode. When offline, the printer no longer accepts data from the host.
(2) Paper feed operation : press the SEL button, the indicator light is off, and it is in offline mode. At this time, press the LF button, the printer starts to feed the paper; press the LF button again to resume the offline mode. At this time, press the SEL button. Go back online. You can also enter the online mode by pressing the SEL button directly during the paper feed.
(3) Replace the ribbon :
a. The ribbon cartridge is already installed when the printer is shipped from the factory. To replace it during use, follow these steps:
b. Eject the machine compartment: press the exit button, the machine compartment will automatically pop up, and replace the paper roll and ribbon operation. Figure 8
c. Open the front panel of the printer up to expose the machine head.
d. Remove the ribbon cartridge: Gently remove the ribbon cartridge from the printer head. When operating, lift the right side of the ribbon cartridge first, then lift the left end to remove the ribbon cartridge. Figure 9

e. Install the new ribbon cartridge: First, gently place the right end of the ribbon cartridge on the gear shaft at the right end of the machine head. Lift the left end slightly and do not lower it. At this time, if the right end of the ribbon cartridge is not dropped, press the knob on the ribbon cartridge with your finger and turn it slightly clockwise until the right end of the ribbon cartridge falls to the bottom and then lower the left end of the ribbon cartridge. Check if the ribbon is straight, if it is not straightened, or if the ribbon is still on the outside of the ribbon cartridge, you can flip the knob on the ribbon cartridge until the ribbon is pulled into the ribbon cartridge and straightened. . When there is no paper in the handpiece, it is easier to replace the ribbon.
f. Lower the front cover of the printer and push the compartment slightly into the casing.
(4) Replace the paper roll :
The printer's replacement of the paper roll is very simple. It does not need to take out the entire printer. Just press the “eject button” on the front cover of the printer, pull out the head pull plate and replace the paper roll, and the paper change operation is completed. The specific steps are as follows:
1 Press the button on the bottom right, as shown in Figure 10.
2 Lift the nose shelf up, as shown in Figure 11.
3 Remove the empty paper shaft from the printer. The paper shaft can be easily removed by applying the force of the two ends of the paper shaft slightly outward (Figure 12).

4 Place the new roll on the paper roll and reset it as shown in Figure 13.

a. Cut the end of the paper roll into a cone.
b. Turn on the printer power. After the printer feeds three lines, it enters the standby state, and the indicator light is on. Press the button (for more than 1 second) and the printer starts to feed. At this time, the paper roll with the paper cut is pushed into the paper feed port at the bottom of the machine head, and the paper is wound into the machine head by the printer until it is exposed for a length from the paper exit hole of the machine head. Press the button again to stop the paper feed; push the pull plate back to the original position, and the paper head of the paper is taken out from the paper exit of the front cover, and the front cover of the printer is covered.
% Note: All chemical reagents should not be imported or enter the eye. If such a situation occurs due to operational errors, it should be washed immediately with a large amount of water and sent to the hospital if necessary. Wash hands after each operation to avoid chemical residues on the skin for a long time.
a, buffer: Take 1 packet of buffer into 500ml of distilled water, stir to dissolve into phosphate buffer (pH 8.0), and store at room temperature.
b. Substrate: Take 1 bottle of substrate and dissolve in 12.5ml buffer. Take 100ul when used and store at 4°C.
c. Color developer: Take 1 bottle of color developer and dissolve with 25ml buffer solution. Take 100ul when using, keep away from light and store at 4°C.
d, enzyme: enzyme reagent does not need to be prepared, can be directly used, stored at 4 ° C. The reagent is taken out before use, and one bottle is opened with one bottle. To prevent contamination of other substances, in order to avoid the failure of the enzyme reagent. When not in use, the enzyme reagent should be stored in a refrigerator at 4 °C.
All appliances required for the following testing procedures should be cleaned up before use and must not be contaminated with other chemicals.
a, fast pipette:

J The instrument is turned on, press the enter key to enter the standby detection interface and preheat for more than 20 minutes before testing.
Take 2g of fruit and vegetable samples (4g of tubers), cut leafy vegetables into a dish with a width of about 1cm, and take a cross-section sample of root vegetables. Put it into a triangular flask, add 10ml of buffer solution, shake it for 2min and filter it to be the sample to be tested. (There are samples with darker or darker colors that have an effect on the test results.)
Add 2.5ml buffer solution to the special reaction bottle, add 100ul color developer and enzyme solution respectively, mix well, let stand for 10min, add 100ul substrate, shake well and immediately pour into the cuvette, put it in time a first measurement chamber instrument channel, press the key to control test.
J When performing the control test, 2-8 channels can be sample tested at the same time.
Add 2.5ml of the sample to be tested to the special reaction bottle, add 100ul of the coloring agent and enzyme solution respectively, mix well, and let stand for 10min after adding the 100ul substrate. Shake well and immediately pour into the cuvette. Into the measuring chamber channel of the instrument, press Key to test.
If the enzyme inhibition rate reading of the tested sample exceeds 50% (that is, more than 50%), it indicates that the pesticide residue of the sample to be tested may exceed the safety defined standard and needs further analysis by means of gas chromatography and other analytical methods.
J   The actual operation of the reagents is based on the reagent instructions.
The instrument can be upgraded by RS232 (or USB interface) and communication program. Please contact technical service for specific matters.
Instrument maintenance
(1) The instrument should be stored in a dry, dust-free environment, placed on a stable work surface, avoiding vibration sources and chemical corrosive gases, and avoiding direct sunlight.
(2) The LCD monitor and keyboard should be protected from scratches, water, dust and corrosion during daily use and storage.
(3) When operating the instrument, it must be noted that the transparent surface of the cuvette cannot be contaminated by fingers or oil stains. If there is any dirt or liquid, it can be cleaned with filter paper.
(4) Remove all reference and sample solutions after each use of the instrument. Check if there is any spilled solution in the measuring chamber and wipe the measuring chamber frequently to prevent corrosion of the components or the optical path system.
2. Precautions
(1) It is forbidden to insert other power supplies that are not included in the company's DC input hole.
(2) This instrument can be powered by a 12V automotive power supply.
(3) Before using the instrument, please read the instruction manual of the instrument carefully and follow the steps in the manual. If the instrument is not normal, it should be notified to the seller or sent to the special maintenance point for repair. Users are not allowed to disassemble and repair by themselves, otherwise it will affect the seller to provide quality service according to the instrument maintenance terms.
