How to deal with overturning of walking tractor

The stability of the walking tractor is poor, and it is prone to a roll-over accident when driving or working in the field. Once the vehicle is overturned, the engine should be turned off immediately and the locomotive should be upright, and then proceed as follows:
1. Remove the dirt from the surface of the tractor and inspect the appearance of the parts for deformation and breakage. If it is damaged, it should be repaired or replaced according to the situation.
2. Check whether there is any damage on the connection parts, such as whether the traction frame and the latch are broken, whether the pin is detached, whether there is any deformation or crack on the driving axle and the final transmission cover, whether the connection between the armrest is broken, and whether the connection bolt is loosened or not. Whether the trailer girder or beam is twisted, bent, warped, or cracked.
3, check the clutch, shift lever, joystick with or without deformation, stuck, steering and braking is sensitive and reliable.
4. Check whether the flywheel has cracks, whether it is loose and yaw, and whether the crankshaft and the keys are intact.
5, check the amount of diesel oil, oil, should be added when insufficient.
If the tractor is turned into water, because the ventilation holes (mouth) on the machine will enter the sediment and water, in addition to the aforementioned inspections, the following points should also be made:
1. Drain the diesel oil in the fuel tank and the oil in the engine oil pan. The diesel oil can be precipitated for more than 48 hours, and the upper clean oil can be poured out for cleaning oil; the oil can be placed in a clean container, heated and dehydrated with an open flame, and used as anti-rust oil.
2, remove the diesel filter, air filter, intake pipe, exhaust pipe and cylinder cover, etc., to remove the water, sediment and so on.
3, remove the cylinder head and the piston rod group, wipe the friction surface of the water, check whether the cylinder liner burst, whether the connecting rod bending deformation.
4. After cleaning the removed parts, add clean diesel oil to the oil pan, decompress and crank the crankshaft several times, and discharge the cleaning oil to eliminate possible residual moisture in the oil passage.
5. Add engine oil or diesel oil as required, remove the high pressure tubing, crank the crankshaft under reduced pressure to remove the air from the diesel oil circuit, and then tighten the high pressure tubing. After confirming that there is no error, start the engine for idling test. After everything is normal, it can be started and must be driven with caution in a low gear.
