Generator, welder FAQ

First, the generator common problems

1. The generator cannot be pulled: Check if the oil circuit, igniter, spark plug and carburetor are not supplied with oil.
2. Generator bounce: Check if the valve clearance is adjusted or the cam is damaged.
3. The generator is not powered out: Check if the carbon brush contact is good, then check if the AVR (regulator) is broken or the motor is broken.
4. The generator automatically stops: Check if the oil is enough, check whether the single-pass is normal, and check if the igniter is open.
Second, the welding machine common problems
1 The current is not enough: check whether the AC voltage and DC voltage are normal, and the rectifier diode speed is 3600 rpm.
2 No electricity: Check whether the AC voltage of the flywheel excitation coil is 16-18V; check the rectifier AC voltage 16V conversion DC voltage 18V is normal, then check the carbon brush DC voltage (50HZ) 9V or more, 60HZ carbon brush DC voltage is 9-16V Then check if the carbon brush and the electric ball are good.
3 Voltage is not enough: Check if the rectifier, diode, carbon brush, electric ball, transfer switch is good or the line is not in good contact.
4 can not spot welding: check whether the two major lines of the positive and negative are blown, whether there is DC output, check whether the ball is open.
Automatic stop when 5 spot welding: Check whether the oil oil line single guide, carburetor, igniter and spark plug are normal.
6 No-load load cruiser: Check if the oil circuit and carburetor are not supplied with oil.
7Insufficient power or shot: Check if the carburetor, air filter, igniter and spark plug are normal.
