Initial adhesion tester test principle : The test adopts the bevel ball method to test the adhesion of the adhesive tape, label and other products to the steel ball when the steel ball and the adhesive surface of the test sample are briefly contacted by a small pressure. The sample is initially tacky. A steel ball is rolled over the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape which is placed flat on the inclined plate, and the initial viscosity of the zui large steel ball which can be adhered according to the adhesive surface of the predetermined length is evaluated.
Initial adhesion tester instrument structure :
