Agricultural machinery operation failure prediction eight points

In the course of operation of agricultural machinery, if a mechanical failure occurs, the lighter will cause a traffic accident, the person will be injured, the car will be damaged, and the heavy one will cause the car to be destroyed. So how do you predict the failure of the tractor to avoid accidents?

1. Shape prediction. By observing the shape of the tractor, if there is an abnormality, such as the tractor is parked on a flat road, there is inclination, the tire has abnormal wear, scratches, parts are lost, etc., the agricultural machine operator should be vigilant.

2. Leakage prediction. If the sealing performance of some parts of the tractor deteriorates, water leakage, air leakage, oil leakage and electric leakage may occur.

3. Fuel consumption forecast. The various fuel consumption of the tractor has a standard range. If there is a significant increase in fuel consumption, the tractor will be hidden.

4. Sound prediction. If some parts of the tractor make an abnormal sound during operation, the part is faulty.

5. Gap prediction. The clearance of each part of the tractor has its standard value. If the clearance is too large or too small, it indicates a fault.

6. Odour prediction. If you smell an abnormal smell (a burnt smell, etc.) while driving, it indicates that the car is faulty.

7, temperature prediction. In the driving, I feel that the temperature is too high, or the parking is checked in the middle. I feel the temperature of the parts of the vehicle is not normal, such as touching the brake drum, tires, rear axle housing, transmission case, etc., the temperature makes the hand unbearable, which indicates that the tractor exists. malfunction.

8, performance prediction. The various performances of the tractor will decrease with the increase of the mileage, but it will be slow and should not be felt. If the performance suddenly deteriorates during driving, it indicates that there is a fault (such as rapid engine power performance, brake failure, etc.) ).
