Test procedure for concrete accelerated curing boxes

The concrete accelerated curing box is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of JG/T3027-1995 "Concrete Accelerated Maintenance Box". It is applicable to the standard accelerated curing of strength and setting condensation time of concrete, cement products and other samples in cement plants, cement products factories, construction units, commercial concrete mixing stations, highway and bridge engineering units and research institutes.

2. Concrete accelerated curing box structure and working principle

1. JYZ-700 concrete accelerated curing box consists of maintenance department and control box.

a) The maintenance department consists of a cover, an outer casing, a stainless steel inner tank, and a box foot. The shell and the inner tank are filled with high-efficiency insulation board, and a plurality of channel steels are used to carry the load of all the test pieces at the bottom. The maintenance box is designed with a water seal groove for one week, and four immersions are installed in the tank of the maintenance box. Heating pipe (the arrangement position is from the front right of the curing box, the first, third and fourth are 3kW heating pipes, the second one is 1kW heating pipe), and the bottom of the curing tank has a filling and draining port .

b) The control box is equipped with a full set of terminals for control instruments, electrical and all heating tubes.

2. Working principle

After heating the curing water or the test piece is put back, the test set water temperature is restored, and the four heating pipes are connected to the electrician at the same time.

After the desired test set water temperature is reached or the test set temperature is restored, the conversion of the heating/heating changeover switch is manually transferred to the heat preservation state by the warming state, and only one 1kW heating pipe is used in the heat preservation state. At work (conservation holding time is set by the user, just dial the digital display time relay dial to set the curing time). After the holding time expires, the alarm buzzer sounds to prompt the tester to turn off the power and take out the test piece.

Three concrete accelerated curing box. How to use

1. Water injection: Open the lid to fill the tank. When the water surface is about 5cm away from the tank, stop the water injection. (At the same time as the water is injected, the tank should be filled with water along the saliva seal.) Cover the lid and turn it to the right. The temperature probe in the temperature measuring device jack on the control box is pulled out of the insertion box cover temperature measuring device jack.

2. Temperature rise: On the temperature control instrument, set the required maintenance water temperature value, turn on the power switch, and the maintenance water starts to warm up.

Note: The maintenance water must be transferred from the heating state to the heat preservation state by the test personnel by dialing the “warm/insulation” switch, so please pay attention to the tester!

When the temperature of the curing water in the box reaches the set temperature, turn off the power supply and pull out the temperature probe. The operator will open the cover slowly facing the front of the maintenance box. After opening the cover, use the special tool hook to test the test pieces one by one. Place it on the shelf in the water (leave the temperature probe position when placing the test piece). After the test piece is placed, cover the cover, insert the temperature probe, turn on the power, and the water temperature will quickly return to the set temperature. (When the temperature of the curing water is raised at 100 °C, the boiling water may overflow in a short period of time, and it will return to normal after entering the heat preservation state).

3. Insulation: On the control panel, the holding time control instrument, set the required holding time (in units), turn the “insulation/warming” switch to the heat preservation state, press the chronograph button, and the maintenance enters the heat preservation state. When the holding time is up, the buzzer sounds in the control box, prompting the operator to finish the maintenance and turn off the power.
