As the investigation progressed, a chain of counterfeit Beijing ducks gradually became clearer from Hebei Boye County.

The black roast duck is processed into raw materials by the dismantled duck rack. That is to say, the remaining skeleton and some of the internal organs are removed from the duck's chest, thighs, duck neck, and duck skin.

Production and other duck by-products are produced together with brine, not roasted, and is a good "Beijing Roast Duck". Some chickens died of illness from unexplained sources and put in a lot of spices to mask the odor.

Distribution was sold at a price of RMB 6 per bag to supermarkets and shops in Beijing Railway Station.

Terminals, Beijing Railway Station, Wangfujing and other key supermarkets and shops are sold to customers at a price of around RMB 15 per bag.

Where is the Beijing Black Heart Duck produced?

After the black-hearted roast duck was exposed, thorough investigation of the source became the most urgent task. However, the reporter found that the manufacturers, contact numbers, and even the food quality and safety codes on the black heart roast duck bags are all fake.

Panyu dealers in the front door, Beijing Railway Station and other places have become breakthroughs.

The distributors sent “Ducks of the Black Heart” to the Dongcheng Public Security Bureau and the Commerce and Industry Sub-bureau for a targeted crackdown on poor quality “roast ducks” and captured a suspect who had been selling the so-called “duck of the black duck” in the Beijing station area, Zhang Yuefeng. The ducks sold by Zhang Yuefeng were Exposure of the "All Jude" brand and "Fujuzhai" brand bagged roast duck.

Following the investigation, a group of investigators investigated Zhang Yuefeng's temporary place of residence (Xinfa District, Xinfa District, Fengtai District) and seized more than 3800 boxes of 111 boxes of inferior ducks, 231 boxes of poor-quality chicken claws, chicken necks, etc., 4 boxes of packaged duck bags, and sweet bean paste 20 box.

Another survey team seized more than 7,000 boxes of poor-quality ducks and more than 260 boxes of sweet noodle sauce in Zhang Yuefeng's “home” hole second place (Qingyun shop in Daxing District).

According to Zhang Yuefeng, the two brands of roast ducks it sells are from Boye County, Hebei Province. There is the home of his second home, Kong Kong.
