The approval of the logo and the issuance of the design pattern of the “Excellent†logo of the sixth quality product shall be uniformly prescribed by the National Standards General and distributed to all regions and relevant departments. Article 7 The quality medals approved by the National Quality Award Examination Committee may directly use the gold medals and silver medals. Article 8 Anyone who possesses the conditions of a high-quality product and fails to appraise the National Quality Award may apply by the enterprise, which shall be examined and approved by the province, the municipality, the autonomous region or the competent department, and reported to the national standard. The enterprises affiliated to the central government, the central and local enterprises, shall be submitted by the enterprise and approved by the competent department of the province, city or autonomous region, and submitted to the competent department for examination and approval. Article 12 The products that have obtained the high-quality product mark shall have the right to stop or withdraw the use of the high-quality product mark when the quality is degraded during the periodic inspection or irregular sampling. Article 13 For products that have received high-quality product marks, once the quality is reduced, enterprises must immediately stop using the high-quality product signs, report the relevant leaders in a timely manner, take effective measures, and quickly restore the quality level. After the original quality is reached, the use mark is restored. Article 14 No unit or individual is allowed to use the same, similar or confusing mark on the quality of any product or its packaging or container. VI. Supplementary Provisions Article 15 The relevant departments of the State Council and the provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions may formulate implementation rules in accordance with these Measures. Article 16 The interpretation of these Measures shall be the responsibility of the State Administration of Standards. Article 17 These Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
