Pigs should not feed additives

Feed additives are trace substances in livestock diets. Although the amount is small, it has its own unique effect. It is generally used to balance nutrients in the diet, promote the growth and development of pigs, and have a preventive and curative effect. After the fattening pigs have eaten, they can shorten the feeding period, reach the goal of early slaughter, and increase the economic benefits.

Reminders are reminded to note that it is not appropriate to feed additives for breeding pigs. The main reason for this is that when the boar feeds additives, it will be as greedy as fattening pigs, lethargy, laziness, and rapid weight gain, thereby reducing the amount of exercise. Semen quality declined, quantity decreased, libido decreased, and breeding ability decreased. After the sow has consumed the additive, it will also be drowsiness, less movement, rapid weight gain, late estrus or no estrus, affecting breeding and birthing, and prone to adverse consequences such as reduced number of fetuses being born or resulting in miscarriage of sows.
