First, the replacement of moving blades. Before replacing the moving blade, the locking nut of the ball stud shall be removed by welding the arbor and the rocker arm, so that the ball head and the rocker arm are separately welded, the pressing blade is disassembled, the knife bar pressure plate is removed, and the knife blade is removed. Pull out. Use tweezers to remove the blade that needs to be replaced and rivet the new blade. When riveting, it should be noted that the entire cutter bar should be flattened, and the rivet head should be topped on the rivet bottom die, and then the rivet should be upset with a hammer to rivet the blade, and then the rivet head round cap can be punched with a rivet. After splicing the blade, check whether the tool bar is deformed.

If individual rivets are found to be loose, they can be riveted directly on the header, and the riveted blades will be moved between the two fixed blades. Under the loose rivets, underlay the horns, and then rivet the rivets to rivet again. If necessary, remove the loosening rivets and rivet the blade after replacing it with a new one.

Second, the replacement of the fixed blade. When replacing the fixed blade, first remove the square neck bolt on the blade guard, remove the blade guard, use the tweezers to remove the scrapped blade, and then rivet the new blade. It should be noted that the rivet head should be lower than the fixed blade working face. If the protector is deformed or damaged, replace it with a new blade guard riveted with a stationary blade.

After a fixed blade or blade guard is changed, it is checked. All the stationary blades are required to be in the same plane, and the deviation does not exceed 0.5 mm. Adjustment method: Between the blade guards at the left and right ends, tighten a thin thread and place a thin line on the working surface of each fixed blade. If the working surface of one of the fixed blades is offset too far from the thin line, remove the square neck bolts on the blade guard of the fixed blade. The work face of the blade is offset downwards. The guard blade and the cutter beam should be removed. Gaskets (or shim thicker gaskets). Otherwise, the adjustment method is the opposite.

Third, the correction of the arbor.

(1) Correction when the tool bar is bent: When the tool bar is bent, it can be calibrated with a wooden hammer. Correct the bend at the first place. Note that the knife cannot be calibrated directly with the hammer, and no dents, burrs, or changes in the cross-sectional shape of the shank can be left on the shank.

(2) Correcting the distortion of the cutter bar: Fix the untwisted part of the cutter bar on the vise, clamp the twisted part with a large movable wrench, slowly and forcefully, and turn the counterclockwise direction until the cutter bar is straight. During calibration, the position of the tool holder holding the tool bar is as close as possible to the vise, so as to prevent the tool bar from bending when the correct tool bar is twisted.

(3) After the cutter bar breaks, it should be replaced: Because the repair process of the cutter bar tearing is more complicated, and the repaired cutter bar is difficult to guarantee its flatness and the distance between the moving blades, if the broken repaired cutter bar is used, it is often Exacerbates the damage of adjacent parts and causes stagnation.

Fourth, the spiral blade repair. Both the header auger and the auger auger are spiral conveying structures, and the damage of spiral blades is usually wrinkle, desoldering and edge wear.

When the blade is deformed, the sleeper can be placed on one side and the hammer on the other side. The blade edge wear can be temporarily not repaired, the worn out blade should be welded with gas welding, and the off-welded parts should be welded with gas welding. Where the leaves are easily deformed, strong ribs can be added in place.

Fifth, balance correction of the barrel after repair.

(1) The user generally repairs the threshing spikes and the rest of the threshing drum should be sent to the repair shop. The repair of the spikes of the threshing cylinder can be based on the damage of the spikes, and the individual spikes or whole threshing dents can be used. Because of the large diameter and high rotational speed of the threshing cylinder, if it is not balanced after being repaired, it will generate a great deal of vibration during operation. Therefore, the balance of the threshing cylinder must be tested after being repaired.

(2) If the trimming drum after repair has not been subjected to dynamic balance test, static balance test must be conducted; otherwise, it cannot be installed and used. The simple method of static balance test: dismantle the drum and other components of the belt, gently rotate the drum, if the drum speed is reduced before the stop and no reverse phenomenon, any part of the drum can be stopped at the top, indicating that the drum weight is The average distribution, the drum is basically stable; if the drum is to be repeated before and after the rotation is repeated several times, and after 2-3 times to stop the rotation, are all the same threshing tooth bar at the top, indicating that the threshing bar is relatively light, should Add some washers or nuts on the rack, and add the weight as evenly distributed on the whole rack as possible. Repeat several times of calibration until the situation when the barrel is stopped meets the requirements of balance correction.

Sixth, the repair of journal wear. The journals of the drive shafts of the harvester are often worn out or the keyway is damaged after being used for a long time, and are often repaired by surface welding.

(1) To remove the shaft to be repaired, it is advisable to weld the journal of the journal that is required to be welded so that the thickness of the welding layer is uniform;

(2) It is best to use vibratory surfacing. The vibrating surfacing layer is uniform and dense, with small deformation and high hardness after welding. After welding, the journal should generally be 5.8 mm larger than the original one needed for machining.

(3) If the shaft after welding is deformed, it should be corrected and then turned. If the journal is bent but the welding layer is large, only the center hole can be trimmed and the turning process can be carried out to restore the proper fitting properties.
