There are two marking lines on the oil dipstick and the oil level should be maintained between the two sidelines. If there is not enough oil, add it in time. Second, work oil pressure should always be paid attention to keep it within the specified range. The oil pressure at idle should be kept at a minimum of 0.05 MPa. If the oil pressure is too low, stop and check. Third, during the work, the oil temperature should be kept within the normal range. Under full load, the maximum oil sump oil temperature must not exceed 100°C. Fourth, in order to keep the oil clean, the oil filter must be regularly cleaned and the oil should be changed as required. After 60 hours of operation of the new diesel engine, the oil in the oil pan must be replaced, and the oil filter element of the cleaner must be cleaned. In the 125-hour cycle of technical maintenance, the oil filter and the oil in the oil pan should be replaced and the machine path cleaned. The working order of replacing the oil and cleaning the oil passages is as follows. It should be done immediately after the diesel engine is parked. Heat the oil in the oil pan with a clean container, remove the oil filter housing, pour out the oil in the housing, and then install the original filter core and other parts. Tighten the oil drain plug and add 5 kg of clean mix oil (diesel and oil ratio 1:1) to the oil pan. Start the engine, run at low speed for 1-2 minutes (but make sure that the pointer of the oil pressure gauge can swing and stop in time). After stopping, let out the diesel oil in the oil pan. And remove the crankcase left window cover, remove the strainer snap ring and filter. Clean and check in diesel fuel and install it without failure. Thoroughly drain the diesel oil in the oil pan, tighten the oil drain plug, and install the right window cover. Remove the oil filter housing, pour off the diesel fuel, and clean the filter components. Replace the new filter cartridge and install it in order. Add new oil to the oil pan. The oil level should be in the middle of the two lines of the oil dipstick. Check after maintenance. After the lubrication system is properly maintained according to regulations, the diesel engine should be started to check whether the oil pressure is normal, and check whether there are any leakages at the joints, and if so, remove them.
