Simple storage of mustard

Improper storage of mustard will cause mildew. The easiest way to store it is to take a clean and dry jar, stuff the mustard into the bottle neck. Then use two pieces of bamboo piece about 0.1 cm thick, 1 cm wide, and a little longer than the diameter of the bottle mouth, cross-fit into the bottle to prevent loosening of mustard. Take a dish with a larger diameter than 4 cm above the bottle, and inject half a dish of clean water into the dish. Place the bottle containing the mustard dish in a dish to isolate the air from the mold. Take out the mustard when eating, and then put the bottle as it is. As long as the water in the dish is constantly immersed and the bottle is immersed, it can generally be stored for two weeks to one month, and its color, aroma, and taste are unchanged.
